Refugees who were forced to leave their countries due to various reasons and have escaped to Japan are uncertain about their lives in Japan and may feel confused or lonely. Minna is the place where they can visit whenever they like, talk to other people, get various information of such as daily life and local community, etc.

In life in Japan, many things will come to mind…about circumstance of life, asylum procedure, health, work, how to live in the future, how to find necessary information, uneasiness due to language barrier ... In such a case, you can walk into Minaa at any time. You are always welcome.

 

What you can do at Minaa

・No advance appointment is needed to use the Minaa's common room (cafe space) and you can use it anytime during the opening hours. You can have a cup of tea, read books and talk to other people. Each one can spend their relaxing time.

・Social worker will listen carefully to you and help you to think together (reservation is required).

・We will help you find the information and support you need.

・In case you have difficulty to come to Minaa, we can also go to your region and visit you. Please contact us in advance.
